Each hand-blown glass bottle of Don Roberto Anejo tequila has the story of Don Roberto around its neck and comes in a plush drawstring bag inside a box. Made of 100% Agave, this specially selected Blue Agave then goes through the process of cooking, fermenting and double distillation before being aged for 18 months in white oak barrels. Somewhat delicate sap like start then followed by a dry pepper/woody tang and touches of leather, tobacco and oak. Finish is dry, light and bracing with a lovely briny spice to it.
